Low Pressure Gauges

Capsule Type Pressure Gauges are applied to measure low and extremely low positive or negative pressure. The capsule is a modification of diaphragm element with two convoluted membranes, leakproof soldered around the circumference to form the capsule. Case and Bezel are Corrosion Resistant Black Painted Steel in 4" (100mm). Ring is Black Painted Steel. Window is Glass or Acrylic. Socket is Brass. Pointer is Black painted aluminum. Movement is brass, high sensitivity type. Pressure Sensing Element is capsule sealed with o-ring gasket. Phosphor Bronze (Brass for ranges less than 60 inches of water). Overpressure is not permitted on gauges with Phosphor Bronze elastic elements. Overpressure on gauges with Stainless Steel elastic elements is limited to 15% of full scale. Temperature Errors: For an increase of 18°F (10°C) from the calibration temperature of 68°F an additional +.04% error can be expected, for a similar decrease in temperature, a -0.4% error will occur. Dial is White Aluminum with black markings. Markings and graduations in accordance with ASME B40.1-1998. Accuracy is ±1.5% f.s.d. Operating Range: 60% full scale reading for fluctuating loads. 75% full scale reading for static loads
